• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • All purchases made at full price on are valid for a full refund when returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the same new condition received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  • To request a return, please email within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you have met the above return policy, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. Please note, a prepaid shipping label is issued as preliminary return management measure and does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found worn, damaged or otherwise not in the original condition. 

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving your shipping label. If we do not receive your return in a timely manner, your return will not be accepted.

  • Under no condition will returns be accepted without prior approval. 

  • We do not offer free returns. Prepaid return shipping labels are available only for returns made in the U.S. and are paid for by the customer. For small packages each return cost is $10. For packages with returns of two or more items, the return fee is $14. These charges will be deducted from your refund once we receive the package.

  • Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing. We do not credit or refund outbound shipping fees from your original order.

  • Reminder: Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please respect our policy and understand that exceptions cannot be made for one customer and not all.



  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund, you can then reorder your correct style, color, and size.



  • To protect the safety of ourselves and our customers, all face coverings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.



  • PerfectDD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier for further details and/ or open a claim.



  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and import fees for all international orders. Please note PerfectDD does not have control over custom charges. These charges vary by country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office. 

  • If the recipient refuses delivery due to custom charges or fails to pay custom charges, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
