All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service® (USPS). Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, however orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require a few extra days for delivery. 

We offer priority and overnight shipping via UPS for a fee.

Tracking will be provided in your order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via DHL or Canada Post for Canadian residents. Prices are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and import fees for all international orders. Please note PerfectDD does not have control over custom charges. These charges vary by country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery due to custom charges or fails to pay custom charges, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

You may edit or cancel an order as long as it has not been processed. Orders process within an hour so please contact info@perfectdd.com as soon as possible.

SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions. Please double check your sizes!

All purchases made at full price on www.perfectdd.com are valid for a refund when returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged including stains from try on that may be a result of food, makeup, sweat, etc. or scent (perfume or body odor). Items must be returned in the same new condition received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

    Please email info@perfectdd.com to initiate your return. Prepaid shipping labels are only available for returns made in the U.S. and are paid for by the customer. Please note returns are not free. When returning one item, a $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund plus an additional $5 for each additional item returned. Please return item(s) in the original packaging received (poly mailer or paper mailer). If you return items in your own box, an extra $5 will be deducted from your refund to dispose of the box. 

    Please drop off your item at the nearest USPS within 3 days of receiving your label. Taking over 3 days may result in losing refunds. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days once the item is received and inspected. We do not credit or refund outbound shipping fees from your original order. 

     

    EXCHANGES

    • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund, you can then reorder another style, color, and size.

     

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    • PerfectDD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier for further details and/ or open a claim.

    FABRIC

    We use 100% cotton superior fabric made to last.

    Organic French Terry is grown free of chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. Organic cotton uses 88% less water and 62% less energy than conventional cotton. Knitted, dyed in the U.S.

    Interlock Pima Cotton has extra long, more durable fibers made from the fullest part of the cotton bulb so can withstand more washes than regular cotton and is softer to the touch. Interlock means both front and back of the fabric look identical giving the impression that the fabric has two layers, also referred to as double knit. 

    Supima Cotton is 100% grown in America. The fibers are softer and more durable than regular cotton and pima. The fabric continues to get softer with wear and has fewer loose ends making it less likely to pill.  

     

    PACKAGING

    Our packaging is intentionally minimal to reduce waste. It’s not meant to be luxurious, rather a simple and practical way to protect your purchase as it ships to you. We use mailers that are made of 100% recycled materials, 50% post consumer waste and is fully recyclable. They have a dual self-seal adhesive strip to allow for reuse. Made in the USA. 

    Our sweatshirts and tshirts are tagless and we do not use inner polybags. However, our button downs have recycled inner polybags for protection.

    We do not send any extra branded materials with your order to help eliminate single-use waste including paper receipts. Your receipt will be emailed to you upon placing the order. 

     

    Machine Wash Cold. Wash with Like Colors. Tumble Dry Low. We recommend to Hang Dry. Cool Iron if Needed. Please refer to the specific wash/ care noted on each product page as well as on every garment.

    We have partnered with actress Lindsay Price to create the #SpeakUpSpeakOut collection where 100% of the proceeds will benefit Heart of Dinner, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering meals to East Asian elders throughout NYC.

    Plus, a percentage of every purchase will go towards an entrepreneurial grant supporting first and second generation female entrepreneurs. When we accumulate $50,000, a winner will be selected. Stay tune for application process and fund details!
