All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service® (USPS). Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, however orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require a few extra days for delivery.
We offer priority and overnight shipping via UPS for a fee.
Tracking will be provided in your order confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent via DHL or Canada Post for Canadian residents. Prices are automatically calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and import fees for all international orders. Please note PerfectDD does not have control over custom charges. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery due to custom charges or fails to pay custom charges, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

You may edit or cancel an order as long as it has not been processed. Orders process within an hour so please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Please *double* check your sizes!
All purchases made at full price on www.perfectdd.com are valid for a refund when returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged including stains from try on that may be a result of deodorant, makeup, food, sweat, scent (perfume or body odor) or excessive human or pet hair. Items must be returned in the same new condition received. Please take care when packing up your return to be sent back to us without any signs of wear or excessive wrinkles. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be discarded.
A $5 restocking fee will be charged for each item returned for a refund.
To start a return, please click here. If your item(s) is eligible for return and Redo returns coverage was purchased at checkout, a prepaid return label will be provided through our return portal. Customers who did not purchase return coverage are responsible for purchase of a label through the portal. Returns portal tutorial.
Please return item(s) in the original packaging received (poly mailer or paper mailer). If you return items in your own box, an extra $5 will be deducted from your refund to dispose of the box.
Please drop off your return within 3 days of receiving your label. If we do not receive your return within 14 days of delivery, we will not issue a refund. No exceptions. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- EXCHANGES
If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout, customers will receive a return shipping label at no additional cost by clicking here. Customers are responsible for any outbound shipping charges for the exchange.
Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received, inspected and approved.
- LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Please note, PerfectDD is not liable for lost or missing packages marked delivered. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier for further details and/ or open a claim.

Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit.
REMINDER
Sale items are non-refundable. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Please double-check your sizes! We will not make exceptions to our policy even if you email.

FABRIC
We use 100% cotton superior fabric made to last.
Organic French Terry is grown free of chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. Organic cotton uses 88% less water and 62% less energy than conventional cotton. Knitted, dyed in the U.S.
Interlock Pima Cotton has extra long, more durable fibers made from the fullest part of the cotton bulb so can withstand more washes than regular cotton and is softer to the touch. Interlock means both front and back of the fabric look identical giving the impression that the fabric has two layers, also referred to as double knit.
Supima Cotton is 100% grown in America. The fibers are softer and more durable than regular cotton and pima. The fabric continues to get softer with wear and has fewer loose ends making it less likely to pill.
PACKAGING
Our packaging is intentionally minimal to reduce waste. It’s not meant to be luxurious, rather a simple and practical way to protect your purchase as it ships to you. We use mailers that are made of 100% recycled materials, 50% post consumer waste and is fully recyclable. They have a dual self-seal adhesive strip to allow for reuse. Made in the USA.
Our products are tagless. We use recycled inner polybags for protection.
We do not send any extra branded materials with your order to help eliminate single-use waste including paper receipts. Your receipt will be emailed to you upon placing the order.
- WASH/ CARE
Machine Wash Cold. Wash with Like Colors. Tumble Dry Low. We recommend to Hang Dry. Cool Iron if needed. Please refer to the specific wash/ care noted on each product page as well as on every garment.
