RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service® (USPS). Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, however orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require a few extra days for delivery. 

We offer priority and overnight shipping via UPS for a fee.

Tracking will be provided in your order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via DHL or Canada Post for Canadian residents. Prices are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and import fees for all international orders. Please note PerfectDD does not have control over custom charges. These charges vary by country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery due to custom charges or fails to pay custom charges, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

You may edit or cancel an order as long as it has not been processed. Orders process within an hour so please contact info@perfectdd.com as soon as possible.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All purchases made at full price on www.perfectdd.com are valid for a refund when returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the same new condition received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

NEW ECO-FRIENDLY RETURNS PROCESS

We are taking the initiative to make our returns process substantially more eco-friendly! We are using a new EcoDrop method to return items, and you can play a role in helping us reduce our carbon footprint.

Start your return in our returns portal and follow the necessary steps to see if your item is eligible to be returned as EcoDrop.

Our mission is to be the most sustainable fashion brand out there – we hope you can help us in achieving this! By returning as EcoDrop, you help us:

  • Reduce C02 emissions from shipping trips
  • Eliminate packaging waste
  • Decrease landfill waste

 

Please drop off your item at the nearest USPS within 3 days of receiving your label. Taking over 3 days may result in losing refunds. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days once the item is received and inspected.

If you decide to keep an item you requested a return for, please reach out to returns@frate.co ASAP and include your Order # in the subject line.

*EcoDrop is only available when returning one item, within U.S.A.

If you're returning two or more items, we will still provide a shipping label immediately through the same returns portal, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, $14, which will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund, you can then reorder your correct style, color, and size.

  • We offer free exchanges only for our Sports Bra. In the returns portal, please indicate which size you'd like instead. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • PerfectDD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier for further details and/ or open a claim.
